DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

We were having all kinds of issues with Thawte from a support perspective. Every single thing seemed to be a painful process and not flexible at all, especially support. We came across Digicert and tried them out and man it was like, "Where have you been all this time?" Digicert is clearly a company that recognizes that is it in the business of providing not only a product(SSL certs) but also of providing an important service of being able to obtain and quickly apply those certs, even on short notice if necessary and at any time of the day or night even on weekends. Their portal is very friendly to use and there is very little you cannot do yourself right from the portal. Five starts for Digicert.
