Our exchange server cert expired one evening and the President wasn't happy. I didn't have much info on how to proceed since the exchange admin had left a couple of months prior. Clint walked me thru the renewal and installation of the cert and tested to ensure it was all good. So many companies have overseas script readers to handle support. I used the chat function at 11p at night from their web site and everything was painless. I'll definitely be using Digicert for additional certificates in the future.
