I had questions about the certificate and they were answered quickly and easily (both through email and via chat). When we finally purchased the certificate, they were prompting me within an hour to respond to the authorization email (I had not yet responded, thinking that they would be longer to get to us). Once I responded, we received the certificate in minutes!
