Product: Several different products

Great customer support, always quick and helpful and friendly. Even issues that might not be their problem they are always insightful and knowledgeable in pointing you at where to look. Unlike other customer support at other place where you dread making "that call" I've always felt great talking to DigiCert; because I know they will answer quickly without a long wait on hold and be nice and courteous, none of that 'oh great another problem, I guess I'll help' you sometimes can hear in customer supports voices. And they have always been able to help in even the most bizarre problems as they know their stuff.
