DigiCert's support is awesome! Calls are answered quickly by a live person who speaks English. I've called at least 3 times, and every time they have been very pleasant, patient, and helpful. They know their stuff! They've proven to me on more than one occasion that they are not just about selling certs, they sincerely want to serve their customers. This company came highly recommended to me, and after my experiences with them, I can now highly recommend them to others.
