Cody and Ian were the most patient support people I have ever worked with. I'm a Mac user and am not at all familiar with server administration, let alone Linux and Apache, and these guys got me all installed and running. It took some time because of a rather convoluted setup from a previous IT pro, but they hung in there with zero attitude until the job was completed. Even though this is way more expensive than my previous cert provider, it was worth every penny for the support! Fantastic company!!!
