I have ordered three different certificates from DigiCert and had to cancel one due to circumstances on our end. In every contact I've had, they have been terrific. Available, helpful, polite, fast! I'm so impressed. As well, the costs are very competitive. I have literally had nightmarish experiences with competitor Comodo, and these guys are the complete other end of the spectrum!
