I gave 5 stars (I hate giving 5 stars to anyone) as we've yet to encounter an issue dealing with Entrust. Our organization began using Entrust's Certificate Management Service a few years ago... this tool alone is good enough reason for an Enterprise to switch all their certs to Entrust. Quick, easy certificate managment.. When you have hundreds of certificates to keep track of on a financial and technical level I can't express how useful the Management service becomes! I can turn around certs to our sysadmins in minutes, and easily address the inevitable "oops's" that happen when someone requests the wrong thing. Add to that the volume discounts that an enterprise can get when consolidating all certificates with one vendor and it has been an easy choice for us. Even ignoring volume discounts, Entrust's prices are generally less than other providers though not necessarily the lowest.... however Entrust always answers the phone/email when we need them.. I'm not sure if the same can be said about the rock-bottom price offerings from other CA's.) On a technical level, Entrust's certificates certainly appear to be as good as that "other" well known vendor. There was a time when Entrust did not offer all same types of certificates as Verisign (Such as Code signing certs).. I'm happy to say that's no longer the case. Entrust can now service 100% of our SSL certificate needs. Is it all roses? Mostly, yeah. I would like to see Entrust improve their support page for the "Supported Servers" guides... some are getting long in the tooth and haven't kept pace with product upgrades, but I have to admit I haven't put the bug in their ear either on that topic. That, and the Root certificate / Chain certificate guides which in my opinion ALL the vendors are falling down on in adequately explaining which ones you need to install and how. But overall, our organization is very pleased with having chosen Entrust as our primary certificate provider!

I had previously purchased 2 SSL certs from the big 'V' and not only were they extremely expensive but it was a pain to acquire them!! Having essentially stumbled onto the ENTRUST SSLs, it was my account rep that suggested utilizing the FREE CMS solution based on having purchased multiple certs. This has been the best thing that could have happened. My rep Lisa has been absolutely amazing and always available for assistance.Once we set up my CMS access I was well on my way! We have had to set up more than a dozen certs and this has allowed me to purchase and generate them on my own at any hour of the day. This has been very helpful when our support team is performing an upgrade in the middle of the night and are unable to generate a CSR prior to their upgrade. They generate it and I create the cert on the fly, invaluable!! This on top of the very low cost SSL Advantage certs really makes it a deal. ENTRUST CMS & ADVANTAGE SSL CERTS - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! (oh and if you're fortuanate enough you may have Lisa as your account rep ;)

Our rep, Lisa Oakes, always responds quickly to quote requests and orders. For technical support, the Toll Free support is also great! (I believe the fellows are Ryan and Jeff that I've dealt with). I have been working with Entrust for about five years now. We have never had the problems we have had in the past with other SSL providers. Very easy to work with and by far less expensive than other providers. Customer service is great also.

I had some issues with my UCC renewal. I called my account manager at 5:30 AM and left a message. He called me back on his way to work and assured me that he would start work on my issue first thing. By 8:30 AM he had called me from his office with a support technician also on the line. I was up and running by 9:00 AM. Entrust takes my emergencies as seriously as I do.

I have a long history with Entrust. Our enterprise purchases several services which include standard as well as advantage SSL certificates. Entrust is a great resource in that they solve our SSL requirements and issues with the best support team. They are responsive, accurate and consistent. The Entrust web site offers a great service to me by allowing me to do my job quickly and efficiently. When I need support or a unique problem needs resolving, immediately I pick up the phone and someone creates a ticket and there is resolution. I can't say enough. Entrust as a company are rare in the IT vertical they provide premium products and services and are very customer oriented.

Entrust is very easy to use to obtain certificates. I get reporting of when certificates are going to expire. I can renew those certificates with ease. The part I like best is when a secure site is decommissioned I deactivate the certificate in the management interface and then use that certificate purchase again on another server. I am able to better manage costs with the certificate management interface. I can quickly find out everything I want to know about my certificates.

Entrust's CMS is one of the best products I've had the pleasure of purchasing. It is a quick and efficient tool that makes certificate management a breeze. The beauty of it is that it's not overly difficult, but still allows you all the complexity necessary to get your certificates updated the way you want them. For functionality, speed, and overall efficiency, Entrust's CMS is, hands down, a great product.

We have worked with Entrust for a number of years for our SSL certificate needs. Pricing of the certificates is reasonable. Their support services are excellent. They always respond quickly and are generally able to resolve most issues in short order. We changed over to using the Entrust Certificate Management Service a couple of years ago. This is a great product. The ability to manage our certificates ourselves through the online application is a great time-saver. The information from the dashboard is very useful when monitoring expirations.
