I just wanted to say a big thank you and kudos to everyone at Entrust for assisting with our companies certificate needs over the past few years. Every time I call in for support, I always receive excellent customer service. Everyone I've talked to at Entrust has been very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with on the phone. I also recently received a call personally from a wonderful lady at Entrust who showed me a much better way to register domains. Not only that, she took care of the changes to keep things simple for me. I was impressed because it rarely happens, if ever, that a vendor will call to help us out in this regard! The help desk was very helpful getting our certificates created quickly and the right way. You guys rock! So thank you so much for all your assistance and excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

The web site is very easy to use. Self provision is straight forward. I would like to see a discount apply after so many are bought from the site. Maybe offer a secure storage on Entrust website for both the private key , as well as the certs created. When we need to move over the cert to a new server, it would be nice to get all the info beside the cert, such as private key.. or the pfx file off the site. jay patel

Used to manage certificates invidivually. Since switching to the managed services, SSL certs are no longer difficult to manage and keep current. (The ability to "recycle" certs is great for temp setups or recover from mistakes)

We switched to Entrust a little over a year ago and we have been extremely pleased with the change!! We purchased several certificates up front to cover converting all of our server certificates to entrust and the entire process went flawlessly. Now when we need another certificate, we contact purchasing and once they have made the purchase the certificates are available for us to use immediately. When are web team was switching to a new server, they went through several changes that required us to regenerate new certificates and with the Entrust management is was a breeze. I've only had to contact support one time and they answered my question within an hour.

We have a number of ssl certificates and they expire at different times and it is very time consuming to have to renew at different times. Entrust should be able to synch the renewals or what is the point of unified commmunications?

I have an account with Entrust and I can create my own certificates as needed. also I can delete certificates that are no longer used and reissue them. I use advantage SSL certificates and they work great. I have installed them on lots of web sites with no problems. Technical support is good and customer support is good. I recommend Entrust.

Issuing SSL certificates via CMS is very simple; however, issuing code signing certificates is a little more complex. The chat function on your broswer is a very convenient feature. I use it all the time.

We recently had a rush request from a client for a certificate, and they needed it done that same day. We setup the request and got the SSL later that morning, and looked like rockstars getting it done by the afternoon. Their walk-throughs on how to install the cert are extermely helpful. I've use it both for IIS as well as Lync and it made things very easy. It's worthwhile to note their Advantage SSL includes 2 SAN's, so it saves you hassles with www.domain.com and just domain.com. Overall I highly recommend their services!

Entrust's Certificate Management Service is one of the best SSL certificate services I have used. Requesting tickets is a breeze, getting help when I run into an issue is instantaneous and every support person I have worked with has gone above and beyond making sure I have every bit of information I need to solve the issue. Additionally our account manager is very responsive and had helped us consolidate all of our SSL certificates with very little effort. Entrust is a great company and I highly recommend them!

We had our SSL certificates with another Vendor and for several reasons last year we switched to using Entrust SSL certificates. I am very pleased with how easy it is to submit, approve and download certificates. The support staff are quick to respond to technical questions. Requests for new certificates are dealt with very quickly.
