Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

I have found that the ease of use for issuing Entrust certificate is wonderful. We have a managed account with pooling so issuing a certficate when needed is immediate. The certificate requestor appreciates this as much as I do. I've used the Live Chat option to contact support. Support is extremely helpful and courteous.

Hello to all, To be honest I am pretty new with Entrust ECS ( 8 months ), but I got the hang of it very fast due to its friendly User Interface. I am very satisfied with the product and its team behind the scenario. The support team and as for our account manager Julie James from the UK make this so much easier and friendly to use and are always there when needed. The have a super understanding of the clients needs and always give it there best to help out when needed. I have never issued a problem on the support side or product side that hasn`t been solved. And I can say that we have made a lot of unusaul request that were needed and always we have received a solucion. I can see that the client care is very big and that is what make is so great to work with Entrust. Even when being out of the office our account manager and the ECS support team get to our needs very fast.Even when things got critical with EV`s, name changes, subsidiaries, clients etc, they were always able to satisfy us very good. I am very happy to have found this product and to have the opertunity to work it and its super team. I want to thank you all for your estupendis work and effort. Thank you

We were converting from another vendor and had to move quickly to renew several certs. The team at ENTRUST worked with us and got things done extremely quickly. We not only were able to get our new certs the same day, but were able to make adjustments to our numbers and types of certs as well. I couldn't be happier with the support from ENTRUST and their sales force.

Every time I have to use Entrust they make it sooo difficult. Maybe it's because I am not in the US, but their Australisia office is terrible, very poor customer service and seems a very amatuerish setup and their us/canada offices are invariably shut when I have to ring up. Their pricing is not competitive and I'm looking to move away.

Sam Teriaky at Entrust is great to work with and gets responses fast. I'm glad we went with them over Symantec for our certificate needs; we saved serious money going this route, but aren't sacrificing a lot for it. I really like their intuitive soft token and other security features, and am confident we made a sound decision.

I had an issue recently with some certificates I had just purchased for several new installations. Due to multiple causes, I had inadvertently purchased and installed certificates with 1 year expirations instead of the needed 2. This issue could potentially put some of our projects behind schedule. I contacted our business development manager at Entrust, Sam Teriaky, who was very helpful and enabled us to resolve the issue quite quickly. Thanks to Sam our projects are on back on track. I very much recommend Entrust as a certificate vendor of choice!

Prior to this year, Entrust has been superb in their support but lately reverse is the case, I have been following up an issue for over seven months (Change of Company Name)with several mails, support calls, online support form etc. but none has proved successful. I am currently looking for a better company with a better service.

Purchasing, supporting, renewing and revoking certificates is very easy with Entrust. I purchase with a credit card, and getting a certificate takes only a few minutes, literally! And, if you ever have a question, they are available to get resolution on an issue. Revoking and re-issuing is a breeze.

For the most part I like using Entrust. When ordeing new certificates, it can be a little problematic. I would like to add CSR and then tell me how much additional charge there would be for my account.

Entrust has been a cost-effective resource in managing our certificate purchases and deployments. We have also used Entrust's Certificate Management Services to provide us with an easier method to simultaneously manage all of our certificates.
