Product: Several different products
Organization: A Top-Tier Higher Ed. Institution

Compared to expensive alternatives like Verisign or free options like InCommon (for educational institutions), Entrust is superior. The notifications are helpful and they communicate maintenance and planned changes to policy well (e.g. regarding 1024/768 bit key security). We have never had an issue requesting or issuing certs, and their documentation (along with the root/chain walkthroughs) make it difficult for even those new to SSL encryption to stumble. The management interface is also very complete. There are many options, but the interface is usable for any skill level. While we have not had a need to contact support, my interactions with their management staff have been positive. Highly recommended.
