Straightforward to deal with

Used to have certs with Verisign but it was getting to be a real headache dealing with them, chasing down my new rep, trying to navigate the phone prompts to get someone that was awake over there to help with managed PKI during Eastern Daylight hours... I started switching the non customer facing sites as a test and it ended up being very easy with Entrust and they've been accessible and have good documentation. Plus, their renewal process seems a bit more smooth than the one I have to deal with on Verisign.
