In working with Julie Griffith over the past year or so I have found her to be prompt to respond to my questions, and needs for quotes as well as being being very friendly. In the last month I have been working with a project group that had some certificate needs that they did not quite understand and seemed to change frequently. Julie was again quick to respond to my questions, and was kind enough to load a few extra items into our inventory while we worked out what we needed. This was a huge help in allowing the project to test out various things and move forward quickly. This is the kind of service other reps, and companies don't seem to understand these days. I feel confident in my relationship with Entrust due to these interactions. Thank you Mike Maher
