After using Entrust for two years, I finally hit my first snag (regarding renewal) that required a call to customer service. I was blown away that I got right to a polite, knowledgable human: no excessive phone tree, no hours of muzak. The problem was resolved immediately and I am set up with Entrust for what I expect will be another happy two years. My organization is beginning to migrate more of our services to Entrust certificates, as other vendors have been higher priced and less satisfactory.
