The best part of the process is when i need to buy additional certificates throughout the year I can use a credit card and do not have to wait for a PO. The other part is if I do buy additional certificates at one time the value is prorated from the time the are activated. Customer Support has always been helpful and i can call and not have to put in a ticket and wait for a call back.
