Had an issue of billing, expiration of certificates, and our budget process all happening at once. It was a train wreck coming. Out of panic, I asked Entrust if they could help me out. Being super awesome and flexible, they came through... AGAIN. I have dealt with other Cert folks before. These guys beat everyone in customer service. Super job.
