We've used a competitor for managed PKI for some time. While the competitor's service was also excellent, Entrust's PKI has a much simpler billing/renewal model, an easier to use interface, and saves significant costs by requiring fewer licenses and being able to reuse revoked certificate licenses. Additionally because of the way certificates are delivered, it is easier to share certificates with 3rd parties, say for SaS solutions. Finally, the per certificate costs were significantly lower regardless. While we have only used Entrust's services for a relatively short time, it has already clearly established its advantages and we are very happy.
