Product: Several different products

Every time I have to use Entrust they make it sooo difficult. Maybe it's because I am not in the US, but their Australisia office is terrible, very poor customer service and seems a very amatuerish setup and their us/canada offices are invariably shut when I have to ring up. Their pricing is not competitive and I'm looking to move away.
