We purchased a couple of wildcard certificates and I had a few questions so I picked up the phone and called. I talked with Patrick who answered all my questions, offered the ability to invoice and got a presales engineer on the line to answer deeper technical issues. Certs were verified within an hour, walked us through the setup and were on our way. Great experience.
