The management team and the support team made this a fairly easy purchase. We had to purchase a Hardware Security Token and that took awhile but the installation and use of the Adobe CDS certificate was straightforward once the folks at Entrust educated me on some misconceptions that I had. I needed a lot of hand holding as this was my first time setting this up and the support people were always willing to help and were very knowledgeable. Now that I understand a little more I am confident that their online dashboard will make the next purchase ( and there will be more) very easy.
