Had to order three certificates with Subject Alternative Names, rang around a few SSL providers and Globalsign were not the cheapest initially but did match on price. The sales executive assisted step by step with the order process and could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'm quite happy with the support provided, Globalsign were my preferred supplier as they have sales and support in my locality.

The quickness of "Several days" included a point they call "Review of documents". I guess we complicated that step a little in that the certificate is issued to us, but in the name of our customer. I had never signed a piece of code before, neither anyone in my company. But Mrs Vilieri and several technical supporters got us through the process successfully.

Great service and advice, even on a week-end! On Saturday, Marianna Macleod helped me choose the right SSL certificate and on Monday morning Christelle Bertrand and Tina Cramer, from the Vetting Department, validated the certificate which was then issued within the hour. A really great service and everyone was really nice. I have no hesitation in recommending GlobalSign!
