I got excellent and extremely responsive support from Verena Filieri. I am so glag she was there. The ordering process is very confusing. Suddenly you are asked for information (e.g. VAT Number) that you do not have at hand. Once you have it, your GlobalSign ordering session timed out.

My experience with Globalsign has been setting up and renewal of many SSL certificates. Not only is the SSL process easy and quick, when I was having an issue with heartbleed their support was outstanding! Plus gave me all the information needed to make sure our sites were secure and followed up with me to run additional checks to ensure all the vulnerabilities where closed. Far beyond my expectations. You can't go wrong using globalsign!

Great customer service. Helped me to get set up in no time. Chris was a great help and the manager I spoke to offered us a solution to a slightly complicated logistical issue with no fuss, making life very easy for us. Havent received the cert yet as have only just signed up but so far definitely recommend using them.

Have worked with Symantec (VeriSign), DigiCert and GlobalSign. And rate GlobalSign as the best and smartest one. Especially if you have a complicated vetting case. The support is brilliant. Answers are quick and you always talk with the same person. Highly recommended!

We have ordered GlobalSign DV certificate through the reseller, however during the implementation phase we discovered that we need the wildcard one. I have contacted the reseller asking for the upgrade but they could not help us claiming that we had 7 days of moneyback guaranteed. However when I contacted GlobalSign support they helped me to issue the wildcard one and promised to do the full refund of unused one.
