Very personable, professional and responsive. We had a major crash and needed to reissue our certificate immediately. Even thou it was after business hours we got a call back from a GlobalSign Client Services Team member named Evan that worked very closely with us to get our certificate reissued. We can't express enough how important this was to our business and the follow thru from Evan at GlobalSign was simply exceptional! True customer service isn't without problems or issues, it's what you do with those issues that makes the difference. Thank you so much GlobleSign for being there. We will return for more business. Highly Recommended!
