Overview: Our organization needed a reliable yet cost-effective alternative to Verisign's more expensive Managed solutions (MPKI). We decided to work with Globalsign, because our sales representative was very helpful and informative about the MSSL solution offered by Globalsign. Globalsign was much cheaper but as reliable if not more than Verisign. Support: The support has some snags getting back to us, and there was a bit of confusion getting our first account together, but this was mainly due to common initial setup problems Product: The products that Global sign offers are great! They have great deals on Wildcat and SAN certs. I really look forward to exploring their PDF options as well. Documentation: The documentation offered helped a lot and is a valuable tool.
