Excellent product, after some initial confusion

The product is excellent and at a great price. However, the initial purchasing and installation process was a bit confusing, and I am very technically savvy. I had to make several inquiries to technical support to make everything work. However, their technical support was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. As a result I was able to get the product up and running, and now that it is in place it is exactly what I need. I have not used any other providers so I do not have any basis for comparison.
