We spent a great deal of time researching the different options for electronic document certification that would combine ease of implementation and security of the security. I cannot say enough about (a) the product we chose - USB document signer (b) the tremendous technical support. I worked closely with Marie from Authentication/Support and she was, quite frankly, the most professional and efficient support representative I've worked with. I'm sure she's an example of how Globalsign operates generally, but from the time of ordering through to technical support for our unique application, Marie was proactively involved and invested in our success. I highly recommend both the product and the company.
