This is our third year using GlobalSign, having moved from another (more expensive) big name CA. I have absolutely no issues with any aspect of their performance - pre-sales, sales, production, support, account management and cost. We use the managed PKI product with a variety of certificate types (mainly Extended Validation) and it is made about as easy as you can expect a fairly complex process to be. Very flexible, helpful and affordable.
