Just use DigiCert

If you're debating whether to use GlobalSign or DigiCert, just use DigiCert even if it costs a little extra. The vetting process seems to be handled by different offices, so I don't know if the experience is the same across countries, but for US entities this seems like it's run by 2 people, one of which is on vacation (writing to the vetting email address sent back an autoresponder from someone's personal address). The person in charge of vetting called the phone number prior to the start of the business day (around 7am!) even though the ordering process specifically asks for your timezone. I'm pretty sure they do this just to push out timeframes as they seem overworked. They didn't call back again the same day. Compare this to DigiCert you get on the chat system and the person you're talking to has the authority to call you and perform the vetting steps. Things actually get done in a timely manner. This could just be a Europe vs US thing.
