It never seems to get any easier to validate ssl certs / code signing certs. I have validated several times before but each time a day goes by before I'm asked for a document, then another while I wait for the phone number validation. Please update your processes so you can recognise where you have done all this before for the same company / contact to make our lives easier. Thanks to Vinson from Validation for getting my validation completed swiftly today - much appreciated.

I had some troubleshooting with using the certificate in a Fortigate FW. Firstly I generated the CSR using the MMC on my machine, but the moment I tried to insert the certificate into the FW I got an error "The certificate is invalid". Then I did the CSR again but I generated it with the FortiGate GUI. I invoked the previous certificate and tried to insert the new one but got an issue of doing that. Sylvia and Stanley managed to do the process again with the new CSR and generated for me a new certificate. At the moment I'm out of the office, and I do hope that I will not encounter any issues tomorrow morning when I will try to insert the new certificate. Peace, Jordan.
