I was very angry at this company because they did not respond to emails. Only by Tweeting could I get them to respond. However, once I got a tech support human on the phone they were very efficient. Just use the phone, forget everything else. I spoke to the agent “Moe Ghamlouch” and he was knowledgable, efficient, and helpful, and gave me an extra year to compensate for my original difficulties.

the inability to change the DCV setting on the cert after the initial request was unexpected and frustrating. However; after getting on a quick chat with LOGAN from Technical support, the issue was resolved impressively quickly.
