Sectigo invited me to provide a review, and this is my honest opinion.” I made a first purchace. The "C" of ".com" of my adresse was missing, unfortunetly, the order was not blocked. but the certificate has never been sent (logical). I think that it will be helpfull and very practical if you may add an automatic bloking for error like this when an order is made. I contacted your tecnical service and the sell service, I made a refunding demand and I waited a lot, I sent reminder and I contacted again the sell service (more then a week or 2 after) I had finaly, the efficient help of Polina Glazyrina who solved the problem and I finished by succefully have my certificates. Big thanks to Polina and to all the teem. regrads

Very good support from Martin-from Validation so i give 5 stars. However, the validation is very long (10 days and still don't get my certificate) + i can't upload files through the ticket form cause it is a little buggy. Without your quality support, this would have been a 3 stars.

The renewal process is not as easy as it should. Hopefully, I got helped by Ms. Erline Planer who has been outstanding in providing good and quick support and who has been able to understand the problem and fix it immediately. She also took the time to write an email and make sure everything was good. This level of dedication needs to be reported since the service she provided was simply excellent. Congratulations to her.
