The renewal process is not as easy as it should. Hopefully, I got helped by Ms. Erline Planer who has been outstanding in providing good and quick support and who has been able to understand the problem and fix it immediately. She also took the time to write an email and make sure everything was good. This level of dedication needs to be reported since the service she provided was simply excellent. Congratulations to her.
