Two weeks ago i tried purchasing an SSL certificate for my website and more than 3 times it gave me an error msg after inserting my card details and submitting. I was then annoyed and purchased an SSL from a different provider, hassle free. 2 days later i noticed that all 3 payments were deducted off my card. I have tried contacting Sectigo on numerous occasions and i submitted the ticket to there billing department but noone has gotten back to me. There support team keeps saying the issue is with billing and they cant do anything, billing will get back to me. This is ridiculous as 2 years ago when i purchased a certificate from comodo for a different website this did not happen. I hate when companies take ur money and theres nothing u can do.

I learned I needed a wildcard SSL certificate for a multisite Wordpress site I was moving from one host to another for a friend. They're a lot more expensive than a single one, but they're all around the same price so I went with Sectigo (Comodo) since that's what Dreamhost uses. I got the certificate quickly, installed it with no problems, and it works well. I made a mistake while ordering and duplicated the purchase---twice. Felicity, who helped me with the Chat service on the Support webpage was great and fixed my duplicate orders and arranged a refund. Topnotch service from a topnotch company.
