Why do I not have my stuff yet. verified my phone number 3 times with no email sent to me to put in that dam code. Now this person on the phone said she sent me another dam verification email...how many of these things do I have to do to get my product.....you sure as hell got my money this sucks!!

I had to contact customer service because I had accidentally used the wrong CSR to issue the SSL certificate. My sincere thanks to Zubair Mohammed, who helped me with this. Once I uploaded the correct CSR, my certificate was reissued in no time.

It is impossible to deal with your company as your support tools are impractical and your website certificate managing area is extremely confusing and to top it off your staff are really not there to help. After email after email after chat after chat after 2 months no one could help validate my order; yet after all this trouble EMMA resolves the issue in 5 min??? You should give Emma a raise! I will not renew certificates with you again; seriously bad service.

I would be helpful to have break down of what your purchase is on the check out page when you are purchasing multiple certifications or domains in a multi cert.
