They make it easy to get up and running using an SSL connection, from ordering the certificate all the way through getting it installed and running on the server. The issues that I had were self-inflicted, but their support figured that out quickly and had me up and running in minutes!

There is a lot of confusion about which browser to use to download the certificate. If that could be clarified, I don't think I would have had a problem. FYI, Internet Explorer must be run as Admin or it will just hang up. Other than that issue, I found the support to be more than satisfactory.

We depend on our web site, but like most, we don't have an in-house network admin to handle this. I'm just familiar enough with our servers that with Sectigo support, everything was done in less than 2 hours and I didn't have to engage our 3rd party administrator to do it. That saved money and time for us.
