We Moved our Certs to COMODO / Sectigo couple of years ago. Overall cost is way less than previous CA. Staff is friendly and willing to help to get you your Cert as easily and quickly as possible. Would certainly recommend them. My last chat with Felicity was painless and she was very knowledgeable and help me save 20% on my EV SSL order! :-)

I am a very unsatisfied customer! Their certificate was not only several hours late in being created (the website stated creation within 1 hour) it also did not work. I've been in contact with both their Support and Sales departments, and they have refused to grant me a refund even though their website promises a 30-Day Satisfaction, Money Back guarantee. I will be calling my bank and initiating a charge dispute.

I have received multiple opposing messages that were incorrect and could have cost me so much time and energy if my instincts didn't say, call again speak to someone else, cuz this girl doesn't sound like she knows what's going on. If it wasn't for Caleb I would have lost all FAITH in your company! He went way and beyond his duty to ensure that I would not have any further delays and frustrations. If YOU lost Caleb you LOSE in a big way.

Comodo is now Sertigo. Ooooo, I'm so impressed. I really have no problem with the rebrand, but renewing a cert was way too painful. The link to renew kept going in an endless loop. Felicity H. was my support contact and she was great, but she shouldn't have to be on something this simple. BTW, if you want to renew, choose purchase a new certificate and then log in as a returning customer.

They wanted me to authenticate with Dun and Bradstreet. i run a small local business and I wanted a SSL not Walmart. The support is pathetic, I suggest not to waste your time buying this product.
