First and foremost Russell, the support specialist I spoke to in regards to this EV SSL certificate was super nice and helpful. Definitely, 5 starts there. When it comes to the validation team and the time it takes for them to actually issue the certificate (We ordered it on 12/11/2018 and did SSL Certificate Validation on 12/19/2018) it is going rather slow. I really hoped that we would have the issued certificate by now. If there are questions I would have thought that someone would have contacted us, but so far nothing. Anyway, it's still in progress. I am happy that they are doing their due diligence when it comes to checking everything out, but it is taking a bit long now. Thanks.

Moe Ghamlouch is the support engineer who helped to install the SSL certificate on IIS. He patiently listened to my issue as I received incorrect certificate. He suggested to start over the process from CSR and diligently followed up and assisted to completion. He also validated after the installation and provided links to redirect the HTTP and HTTPS requests. He is very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. He is helped resolve my issue with great satisfaction.
