Good service overall, but the callback was very difficult. I had to wait several days and talk many times to support before getting the callback. Luckly I got to talk to Martin from validation and he solved it very quick (he called me right away and made the validation process easy).

Had some difficulty with validation, got to chat to a few but only when I got Martin did it get resolved. Took a little while as things were checked out but we got there. He was helpful and diligent. I intend purchasing more certificates for other websites under my control, I'll be using the services of Sectigo, mainly due to the performance of Martin. He is a credit to the company.

We were experiencing some troubles in certificate issue (we bought them 3 days ago). We had to contact Sectigo Support several times, in order to make them making hte validation call, and, after that, in order to receive the certificates. Finally, when we spoke with Martin, he generated our certificates immediately! More Martin for all!! :)

Your team - Martin and felicity were GREAT. Your firm's order and account management process and UX is a disaster. For example - You have the WRONG organization information on my account. You're showing the organization for the last SSL I purchased from you. I changed the organization information but it didn't save. If I need separate logins for every one of the domains I order SSL products from -- you need to convey that information. Right now, what I have is a mess.

The verification was quick I thank Martin and Vinson - call back team but the initial process was very slow, I made a support ticket and I never had an answer, I had to call and chat several times to get my certificate that I bought it on namecheap.com in Dec / 11, I hope you improve that part Regards,

Obviously EV SSL is a much tougher process to go through than a regular SSL, however, it's not too difficult to get ahold of someone to ask about the status which is always a plus. Once you do get the SSL assigned, it's pretty easy to get it installed, etc.

Because of all the rebranding or consolidating. This caused us soo much issues. We really had bad experience to find out correct products I had to deal with agents at sectigo soo many times. Felicity Hernandez was good in resolving issues. But, Sectigo/comodo as company caused lots of issues for us
