We have just started using Comodo's interface to manage SSL certs and issue new SSL and wildcard SSL certs. Our organization did an introductory walkthrough of the interface and system yesterday and the engineer did a very good, thorough job of explaining everything and answering any and all questions we had about the system, interface, features, etc.

Within one day we had the certificate issued, the private key issue identified (due to changing the machines we were using), and the correct certificate reissued. I thought it would take several days to get this resolved, and it all got done same day, so you exceeded my expectations!

Thankfully, pre-sales customer service pointed me in the right direction--I'd say that's Comodo's strong suit. Forget having to use technical support after the fact. They send nonsensical e-mails and are entirely unhelpful.
