I have worked many times with Comodo Support (Fausta Diaz) and she has "saved my A##" many a time. She was always available to help with the entire Certification process and many a time when we had to get things done immediately she went to bad for us (me) and fixed things. Fausta is the best kind of support person to have in your corner! So as long as Comodo keeps valuable people (like Fausta) then they and their customers will be very pleased and at the top of their game.

Yes I had a few issues with the web site that made this more difficult that it really had to be for issuing a SSL certificate. If they want this simple then put in the step by step process in a help page. Support was awesome, my rep Fausta Diaz got this resolved and worked with the staff at Comodo to make this easier. We have been using Comodo for our SSL and Code Signing certificates for some time now. A large portion of these are issued through automation using API, but some products require manual validation. When we do have to call the support team, they are always courteous and helpful. I am particularly pleased when I hear Mary F's voice as I know she gets things done right, and right away! We are also grateful for the crt.sh tools, thanks Rob!
