Comodo CA invited me to provide a review, and this is my honest opinion. EV Validation team, specially Andrea and Mary Feliciano make a really good job, very precise with requirements and steps to follow and also always helpful to make callbacks in Spanish to speed up issuance. EV SSL Certificate issuance is easier and efficient with COMODO CA.

Comodo support is ok. It used to be lacking quite a bit. Due to recent changes, things have definitely been getting better.. Mary, though, has been a consistent positive force throughout all of the changes. Purchasing SSL from Comodo for the last year has given me some insight into the inner workings of the customer service department. Mary F deserves a raise. Or a puppy. Or something. She's works harder than any other representative I have spoken to. Happy to give my honest review about this awesome lady!

I was merely trying to renew our certificate but got lost in the sea of different products they offer. I utilized the chat function that begged to be clicked on and their support responded immediately. The representative gave me a link to exactly what I needed and I got the certificate ordered and issued in less than 30 minutes. The representative also was able to get me a free year on top of the 2 years I purchased based on a promotion of some kind. Confusing web site when ordering products but great customer support.

We erroneously paid SSL money intended for another company. We are based in South Africa and dealt with Victoria who was just brilliant. She took the time to understand our problem and assisted us through every step. We recently got Positive SSL and realized that the Wildcard Positive SSL has a better value. We never have any problem with the Positive SSL but we require all 1st-level subdomain to have the security certificate. Overall, their security certificate never gave us any problems.

Hello, The web renewal process for my UCC cert was very confusing as when I clicked on renew, it took me out to buy a certificate but UCC cert was not listed. I logged on at https://secure.comodo.net/products and was redirected to https://secure.comodo.net/ . Finally, I clicked Renew and it took me to https://www.comodoca.com/en-us/ - which does NOT list a UCC cert as a renewal option. Finally, Tom N assisted with chat and directed me to the correct site, (https://ssl.comodo.com/unified-communications-uc-ssl-certificates.php), and walked me through the process very patiently. My original login which worked fine above, did not work as an existing customer so I had to create a NEW Login! In conclusion, the web site process is terrible. But Tom N's service was excellent. What a horrible experience. Tried to renew through the Comodo website, but they have stitched together new sites with old one and just trying to find out where you log in took two people. Then when you go to place the order it logs you out and kicks you to another site. They offered to give me a free year to make up for all the trouble we had, but that apparently did not happen. Support was outsourced to people in India that had no better idea than I did. Terrible!
