Forgot to give very, very positive feedback for Sylvia (Sectigo Technical Support Team) for helping me get our website back up and running with an SSL cert on the night of 26th June 2020 after I spent the previous 6hrs trying to get an EV certificate validated by Sectigo. Unbelievably ridiculous situation whereby Sectigo refused to authorise an EV certificate for us despite having authorised 2 other EV certificates in the previous couple of months. Our website was down but Sylvia's help was immense and I'm really very grateful for her absolute 1st class service. Sad to say I was let down by Sectigo.

My SSL credentials inexplicably "went missing." Within a few days Sylvia sent me the updated HTML code and everything was back to normal. A secure website is necessary for doing business online today and Sectigo allows me to do that.

Our company has been purchasing SSL certificate from Comodo past 4-5 years. Actually it had been always headache for us to install certificate every year due to our lack of technology understanding and also the customer support was not helpful for us. But the situation has changed this year. We contacted support team and Mr.Moe Ghamlouch responded us quickly. He is very professional, customer friendly, and patient with me to go through all the process. We ordered ComodoCA EV Multi-Domain SSL. So the process takes extra steps. Although the purchase of the renewal of the personal email certificate was effected easily enough, the fact that I was unable to utilise Firefox for the activation process caused some issues..however, the availabilty of Chat support enabled me to clarify and the assistance from Aaron was excellent..utilising the correct browser meant that the matter was easily resolved and i have been able to activate and download the certificate
