Extremely frustrating but Sylvia saved the day

Forgot to give very, very positive feedback for Sylvia (Sectigo Technical Support Team) for helping me get our website back up and running with an SSL cert on the night of 26th June 2020 after I spent the previous 6hrs trying to get an EV certificate validated by Sectigo. Unbelievably ridiculous situation whereby Sectigo refused to authorise an EV certificate for us despite having authorised 2 other EV certificates in the previous couple of months. Our website was down but Sylvia's help was immense and I'm really very grateful for her absolute 1st class service. Sad to say I was let down by Sectigo.
