My question was about warnings given by ssl checker website. My certificate is good but some part of the chain certificate was shown with SHA1 (AAACertificateServices). I asked to Sectigo Support team and Logan answered me kindly and efficiently. So now I understand that I have to choice between compatibility or modernism. Thanks a lot Logan!!

3 days attempting to validate this purchase using the cname option, the previous 12 certificates i used the http csr hash and always had errors but eventually worked. Today Grace helped me quickly to show that i had the host record typed incorrectly in the cname record, certificate then issued. Thank you

I called in because of the persistent problem in ssl review. Shawn is not the right department but he spend lots of time to help me. Later I was transferred to Salvia and she stay with me all the time until I finish my problem. I am impressed by her dedication. Both are excellent. I gave 4 to the secitco because I think if they can make the whole process easier by eliminate the reseller process and have more descriptive thing.
