validation process could be a little more clear

3 days attempting to validate this purchase using the cname option, the previous 12 certificates i used the http csr hash and always had errors but eventually worked. Today Grace helped me quickly to show that i had the host record typed incorrectly in the cname record, certificate then issued. Thank you
