As I needed to change a Domain Validation Certificate common name, I created a support ticket, and uploaded a CSR with the new CN in advance. The response was immediate, did not have to wait at all, as I received an immediate mail from SYLVIA, the tech support engineer assigned to my case. The instructions were clear and the steps easy to follow. I did not have to wait days or hours to receive my new certificate, just minutes. Great service.

Conditions for the SSL certificate that we applied for were unusual in that it was for a government agency. But support (Erline) helped us throughout the entire experience, and patiently answered questions. Also took time outside of office hours to place the confirmation call with us, since we're in a different time zone. Great overall experience.
