I had a typo on my CSR and the customer portal was not allowing me to update it... I called and SYLVIA was very helpful..., I thought I was in a bad spot because of my typo but SYLVIA was able to help me out very quickly. I was impressed on how fast and easy it was, I just sent her the CSR via email and she updated it for me. Kudos for SYLVIA

Purchasing a code signing certificate is easy, collecting and activating a certificate isn’t necessarily as straightforward. This is where a dedicated tech support team is crucial to making certain a code signing certificate is successfully acquired after purchase. My experience with Aaron from Sectigo tech support was a good one. When I ran into a issue with acquiring the certificate, Aaron walked me through each step diagnosing my error. Very helpful and patient. Sectigo is a pleasure to work with.
