This company knows what support means. They have 24/7 online support / validation. If you missed the callback process, agent will leave a confirmation number to provide during the callback process. Very effective. Esp thanks to Erline who left the code for me.

I used COMODO for a long time. Now in the new portal, i can't do the cert reissue/replacement by myself. And everytime, i have to contact online support. It costs me a lot of time.
