The rating of 3 is achieved solely by customer service (e.g. Jennifer was GREAT), but the whole process does not meet the standards I am used to. No shaping of expectations of how validation will happen, what is involved, etc.

Everything about this service has been poor - for the money we have had to pay, I have barely heard anything from Sectigo. I had to contact the support in which I was asking questions that were completely ignored, for example "Was I meant to have received an email with the next steps?" Then I was given links that didn't all work. Not happy about anything with this transaction, it's a joke.

We have to call validation due to our email address than can not receive incoming emails. But we have to call first SSL store after few mins I got a call from Erline then the verification callback was done. Thank you Erline for amending the information to further proceed with validation.

I typo'd the subject name in my CSR and didn't catch it through submission. I wasn't going to get the validation email to a misspelled domain. Chat support fixed my issue via ticket online. PHILIP is a hero. Thank you!
