I really appreciate the assistance from Ms. Chikako Shoji. I rate her assistance as 5 star. Please let me rate Sectigo overall rating to "3". Our business was affected today. There were some confusions on our side with regards to validity. Our Website is valid from 14-Aug-2018 to 14-Aug-2020 (this is indicated on the EV Certificate on our website. I think there's a problem with time zone difference. We appreciate it if resolve this problem to prevent issues in the future.
